Become an ACESIN Fellow

Be nationally recognized as an ACESIN Fellow in the ACESIN Directory of e-Neutrals!

To become an ACESIN Fellow, a person must complete an application form and submit a $150.00 non-refundable processing fee.  ACESIN reviews each application using the national standards set by the ACESIN Advisory Board.  The applicant must provide documentation of the following:

  1. That the applicant is an active member in good standing of the applicant's state bar, if applicable;
  2. That the applicant has received the requisite ADR training in the state where the applicant practices;
  3. That the applicant demonstrates his or her experience as a third party neutral (either as a mediator, arbitrator, negotiator, judge, special master, but does not have to be in e-discovery matters);
  4. That the applicant has received training, experience and education in the field of e-discovery.  Attending an ACESIN training program automatically fulfills this requirement (to learn more, click the "Training Tab");
  5. If the applicant is not a member in good standing of a state bar, then the applicant must provide three references  who will attest to his or her character and integrity in the field of ADR; one reference must be a current member of the judiciary.
