The American College of e-Neutrals (ACESIN) provides the world's only directory of qualified discovery neutrals for the digital age.  The organization is dedicated to the education, training, credentials, and use of e-Neutrals. E-Neutrals are third party referees—mediators, arbitrators, masters, judges, liaisons and magistrates—committed to resolving disputes arising from electronically stored information (ESI).  ACESIN Fellows are the country's first group of e-Neutrals qualified to conduct "e-Mediations" and other extra-judicial forums (Learn more under FAQ).  An e-Neutral who is a Fellow of ACESIN has met the highest standards of knowledge, training and experience in both dispute resolution and e-discovery as determined by ACESIN's Advisory Board.  An ACESIN Fellow stands ready to assist litigants and the courts in resolving e-discovery disputes in an efficient and effective manner through the use of e-Mediations or court appointments.

ACESIN is the leader in the practice of using qualified e-neutrals as alternatives to manage and resolve e-discovery issues.   ACESIN promotes e-Mediations as a process for litigants to self-direct solutions to e-discovery disputes in a confidential environment, as well as, other alternatives for dispute resolution, such as the use of e-Neutrals as special masters or discovery referees.  ACESIN's Directory of e-Neutrals is designed to benefits its Affiliates, including the Judiciary, by providing a network of qualified e-Neutrals.  Judges and litigants can trust that an ACESIN Fellow is a qualified e-Neutral who can find resolutions to disputes in the ever-evolving and complex world of e-discovery.
